3. Tournament Registration

To register for a tournament, you must provide a valid team name and mobile number and pay the required entry fee. All registrations are subject to confirmation.

4. Payments & Fees

All tournament entry fees are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Cashfree. All payments are final, except as provided in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship. Any form of cheating, harassment, or exploitation of bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and a potential ban from the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loot Lobby is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in tournaments, including but not limited to technical issues, network interruptions, or game server failures.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
