Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We strive to provide a fair and transparent experience for all our players. Please review our policy on refunds and cancellations below.
General Policy
All entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started. We are not responsible for a player's performance or for any technical issues on the player's end (e.g., poor internet connection, device failure).
Condition for Refund
A full refund of the entry fee will be issued to all registered participants if a scheduled match or tournament is officially cancelled by Loot Lobby for any reason.
How Refunds Are Processed
If a tournament is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method used for registration. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
